Each Wednesday this month, we will be delivering a different entrée. This week, your choice of eggplant or chicken parmesan, served over pasta with marinara. Each entrée serves 4 people, family style. Served hot, ready to eat.
This week’s “dinner delivered” option from Chef Without a Kitchen is Chinese Chicken Salad.
It is a mixed greens and slaw salad with cilantro, mandarin oranges, fried wontons and chicken served with a
sesame and ginger vinaigrette. The salad serves 4 and is delivered READY TO EAT!
Vegetarian substitution of red bells and roasted broccoli for chicken.
I will be making your choice of Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, served with a mixed green salad (you provide the dressing), and breadsticks. All you do is reheat and serve! Serves 4. Reheating instructions will be provided.
