Bacon wrapped chicken bites with spicy mayo, chipotle salsa quesadillas, veggie salad rolls with lime cilantro dipping sauce, twice baked baby red potatoes, and chips ‘n ‘ dip with smoked salmon.

Pork Carnitas Tacos
Served with charro beans (pinto beans with bacon, poblano pepper, and tomato), tomatillo salsa (mild), and cilantro lime slaw.
These are ordered per person, minimum order 2, each person gets:
3 tortillas, 8 oz pork carnitas, tomatillo salsa, lime cilantro slaw, shredded jack cheese, and side charro beans.
You simply reheat, and have everyone assemble their own.
Chef Without a Kitchen Margarita
3 oz tequila
1 oz Grand Marnier or Cointreau
juice from 1/2 lime
Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 6-8 cubes of ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with slice of lime.
