3/6/17- Entree Salad Bowls

All salads serve 4 people , family style

South Austin-

Romaine lettuce, with citrus marinated shrimp, black beans, corn,and crispy tortilla strips. Tex-Mex ranch dressing served on the side. (mildly spicy)

Santa Monica-(shown above)

Grilled chicken on a mix of cabbage and lettuces, mandarin oranges, slivered almonds, cilantro, and crispy wonton strips. Sesame ginger dressing served on the side.

Boulder-

Thinly sliced kale, toasted breadcrumbs, and freshly grated parmesan, tossed in a lemon garlic dressing. Topped with grilled chicken.

Athens-

Crisp romaine lettuce with grilled chicken, cucumbers, kalamata olives, tomato, and red onion. Lemon feta vinaigrette served on the side.

Served with homemade fluffy pitas (not pocket pitas), tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion

Chicken saltimbocca, (cutlets sauteed with prosciutto, sage, and lemon). Served with roasted baby red potatoes and green beans.

 

Veggie option: eggplant parmesan with roasted potatoes and green beans.

 

These are fully cooked meals, delivered refrigerated on Monday, ready to be reheated Monday through Thursday

Art and Appetizers

Bacon wrapped chicken bites with spicy mayo, chipotle salsa quesadillas, veggie salad rolls with lime cilantro dipping sauce, twice baked baby red potatoes, and chips ‘n ‘ dip with smoked salmon.

Wednesday pop-up delivery

You-bake lasagna

(photo is actually lasagna cupcakes from our catering menu, but you all know what lasagna looks like)

Each Wednesday this month, we will be delivering a different entrée. This week, your choice of traditional meat sauce lasagna, or roasted vegetable.
Lasagnas are fully prepped, and ready for you to bake in your oven; 30 – 40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Lasagnas will keep in your refrigerator for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for 1 month.Comes in a disposable foil pan , 9×12″, easily serves 6.

Wednesday night “pop-up” delivery

Each Wednesday this month, we will be delivering a different entrée. This week, tender chunks of ribeye, skewered with peppers, and served with chimichurri sauce and rice pilaf. Each entrée serves 4 people, family style. Served hot, ready to eat.

Vegetarian option will substitute mushrooms and tofu for ribeye.
