Build Your Own Buffet Menu

Pick an entree, and add as many salads, sides, desserts, and beverages as you wish. Add appetizers from our hors d’oeuvres menu. All pricing is per person, and includes delivery, buffet line setup/takedown, and all necessary disposables for service. If selecting more than one entree, add $1 per person for each additional entree. Rental of plateware, glassware, linens, etc,  can be arranged , additional charges will apply.

  • Black pepper sirloin- Asian style sirloin chunks stirfried with chiles and black pepper-$11

  • Hunter style chicken- breasts braised with tomato, mushroom, and rosemary-$12
  • Roast beef with horseradish cream- $12
  • Grilled polenta with sauteed greens and melted robiola-$12

  • Ancho lime chicken-braised with tomato and Tex-Mex seasoning-$9
