Luke Bryan/ Cabela’s Dinner Party

Luke Bryan and Cabela’s shot a commercial on a ranch near here, and here is what we served them for dinner last night(July 2013):

Appetizer:

Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms and Crostini Trio

First Course:

 Caesar Salad or Mixed Greens with Gorgonzola, Apple , and Walnut

Entree

Chicken Saltimbocca and Grilled  Wyoming Ribeyes with Chimichurri

Dessert

Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Shortcake
